Returns Policy

We want you to love your Aurelia Leigh purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and lingerie are final sale unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at shopaurelialeigh@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at shopaurelialeigh@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
